- Monitor and analyze social media trends, metrics, and user engagement to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute successful social media campaigns and promotions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive and helpful tone.
- Monitor and track social media mentions and reviews, and escalate any potential issues or crises to the appropriate teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new strategies and tactics to improve social media presence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and other relevant industry contacts to expand reach and engagement.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance, and streamline processes.
- Train and support team members on social media best practices and guidelines.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Agency Setting
Proficient In Social Media Management Tools And Analytics Platforms
Strong Understanding Of The Current Social Media Landscape And Emerging Trends
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Tailor Messaging For Different Platforms And Audiences
