  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing and branding goals.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage all social media accounts and ensure they are updated regularly with relevant and timely content.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, metrics, and user engagement to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute successful social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive and helpful tone.
  • Monitor and track social media mentions and reviews, and escalate any potential issues or crises to the appropriate teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new strategies and tactics to improve social media presence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and other relevant industry contacts to expand reach and engagement.
  • Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance, and streamline processes.
  • Train and support team members on social media best practices and guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Agency Setting

  • Proficient In Social Media Management Tools And Analytics Platforms

  • Strong Understanding Of The Current Social Media Landscape And Emerging Trends

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Tailor Messaging For Different Platforms And Audiences
