  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Comcast, including creating engaging and relevant content, managing social media accounts, and increasing brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Monitor and analyze social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing and business objectives.
  4. Manage social media content calendar, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various platforms.
  5. Engage with online community and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential social media crises or issues, and work with appropriate teams to develop and implement a crisis communication plan.
  7. Utilize social media analytics and reporting tools to track and analyze performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry changes and trends, and continuously identify and implement ways to improve social media presence and results.
  9. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to develop and execute social media campaigns and collaborations.
  10. Train and educate other team members on social media best practices and guidelines.
  11. Stay within budget and ensure all social media efforts are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  12. Continuously monitor and report on competitor social media activity and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Work closely with customer service team to address customer inquiries and concerns on social media.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and partners to increase brand awareness and reach.
  15. Represent Comcast at industry events, conferences, and other relevant opportunities to promote the company’s social media presence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In A Customer Service Or Telecommunications Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Platforms And Their Best Practices, Including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, And Linkedin.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft Compelling And Engaging Social Media Content.

  • Experience With Social Media Analytics And Reporting, With The Ability To Use Data To Inform And Optimize Social Media Strategies.
