  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.
  2. Create and curate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.
  3. Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring performance.
  4. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to continually improve strategies and content.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
  6. Monitor and analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Identify and engage with key influencers and online communities to grow brand awareness.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Manage and monitor social media advertising campaigns.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors for social media collaborations and partnerships.
  11. Stay informed on industry news and developments to provide recommendations for new social media opportunities.
  12. Collaborate with other teams, such as customer service and PR, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
  13. Train and educate team members and other departments on social media best practices and guidelines.
  14. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve social media strategies and tactics to drive business objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Social Media Platforms, Including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, And Youtube.

  • Experience Creating And Implementing Social Media Campaigns And Strategies That Drive Engagement And Brand Awareness.

  • Excellent Communication And Writing Skills, With The Ability To Craft Compelling Social Media Content And Respond To Customer Inquiries In A Timely And Professional Manner.
