  1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance Comcast's brand presence and engage with customers.
  2. Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and best practices to continuously improve social media campaigns and initiatives.
  3. Create and curate compelling and relevant content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  4. Engage with customers in a timely and professional manner, addressing inquiries, complaints, and comments on social media channels.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
  6. Utilize social media tools and analytics to track and report on key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to drive improvements.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new social media platforms, and emerging technologies to constantly innovate and improve social media strategies.
  8. Work closely with internal teams to identify and leverage opportunities for social media partnerships and influencer collaborations.
  9. Develop crisis management plans and protocols for social media and effectively handle any issues that may arise.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all social media content and interactions align with Comcast's values and guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Managing Social Media Platforms For A Large Company Or Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Analytics And Ability To Gather And Analyze Data To Inform Strategy.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging Content For Various Social Media Platforms.

  • Experience With Crisis Management And Ability To Handle Negative Comments Or Feedback On Social Media In A Professional Manner.
