  3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand image and messaging across all social media channels.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry developments to continuously improve our social media presence.
  6. Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize our social media strategy.
  7. Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  8. Cultivate relationships with social media influencers and partners to expand our reach and increase brand credibility.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all social media content aligns with the company's values, mission, and brand guidelines.
  10. Stay informed of any potential social media crises and proactively address them to protect the company's reputation.
  11. Train and educate team members on social media best practices and guidelines.
  12. Track and report on social media KPIs to upper management and provide recommendations for improvement.
  13. Collaborate with customer service teams to provide a seamless and consistent customer experience across all channels.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Platforms, Trends, And Best Practices

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging And Compelling Content

  • Experience With Social Media Analytics And The Ability To Analyze Data To Make Strategic Decisions And Recommendations
