  1. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Manage all social media platforms and ensure consistent and timely content updates.
  3. Monitor and analyze social media trends, demographics, and audience engagement to inform content and strategy decisions.
  4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business goals.
  5. Create and curate engaging and relevant content, including visuals, videos, and written posts, for all social media channels.
  6. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting.
  7. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  9. Track and report on social media performance, including key metrics and insights, to inform future strategy.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all social media content is aligned with the company's values and messaging.
  11. Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and engagement on social media.
  12. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for user-generated content and user engagement.
  13. Stay informed on social media policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with company and platform regulations.
  14. Train and educate team members on best practices for social media management and content creation.
  15. Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand image.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Managing Social Media Platforms For A Large Company Or Agency.

  • Strong Communication And Writing Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging And Impactful Social Media Content.
