  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global benefits strategy for Comcast, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead the design, evaluation, and optimization of all global benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefits.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance Comcast's benefits offerings.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and legal, to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  5. Manage relationships with external benefits vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality services for employees.
  6. Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of benefits programs, making recommendations for improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  7. Develop and monitor budgets for global benefits programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company financial goals.
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of benefits professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  9. Communicate and educate employees on benefits programs, answering any questions and addressing concerns to ensure a positive employee experience.
  10. Benchmark and research industry practices to identify new and innovative benefits offerings that can attract and retain top talent.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless benefits enrollment process for employees.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on all global benefits related matters, providing guidance and support to HR and management as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Managing Global Benefits Programs: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Global Benefits Programs, With A Proven Track Record Of Success. This Includes Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Managing Benefits Programs In Multiple Countries And Regions.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Benefits Regulations And Compliance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Complex Regulations And Compliance Requirements For Global Benefits Programs. They Should Also Have Experience In Navigating These Regulations And Ensuring Compliance Across Multiple Countries.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: A Senior Manager In This Role Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Benefits Professionals, Both In The Us And Internationally. As Such, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills, With A Proven Ability To Motivate And Guide Their Team Towards Achieving Common Goals.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Senior Manager Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Global Benefits Strategies That Align With The Company's Overall Goals And Objectives. They Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Addressing Complex Benefits-Related Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: The Role Of Senior Manager, Global Benefits, Requires Frequent Communication With Various Stakeholders, Including Employees, Senior Leaders, And External Partners.
