- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to workforce dynamics
- Develop and maintain accurate and efficient data models and reporting tools
- Work with various data sources to gather and analyze workforce data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address key business challenges and opportunities
- Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
- Continuously monitor and analyze workforce data to identify potential issues and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to identify potential risks and opportunities for the workforce
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to workforce analytics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the team
- Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and workforce analytics best practices.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Or Related Field.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Analytics Or Related Field, With A Focus On Data Analysis And Reporting.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Metrics And Workforce Planning Strategies.
Proficiency In Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Qlik.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Data Insights To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
