  1. Develop and implement strategic public relations plans to promote and protect the image of Comcast.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts to secure positive publicity and effectively manage crisis situations.
  3. Create compelling and engaging messages to effectively communicate complex information to various audiences.
  4. Monitor media coverage and provide timely and accurate reports and analysis to senior management.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company values and goals.
  6. Develop and maintain crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively manage potential reputational risks.
  7. Identify and secure opportunities for Comcast executives to participate in media interviews and speaking engagements.
  8. Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials.
  9. Organize and coordinate media events, including press conferences and product launches.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news to proactively identify potential PR opportunities and risks.
  11. Manage and maintain a positive relationship with external PR agencies and other partners.
  12. Monitor and manage online presence and reputation through social media and other digital platforms.
  13. Provide support and guidance to other departments on PR-related matters.
  14. Track and report on PR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of PR strategies and campaigns.
  15. Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations related to PR and ensure compliance in all communications.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Public Relations, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft Effective Messaging For Different Audiences.

  • Experience In Crisis Management And The Ability To Handle Sensitive And High-Pressure Situations.
