Job Description

  1. Develop and implement strategic PR plans to promote and protect the company's brand and reputation.
  2. Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage.
  4. Create compelling and engaging content, including press releases, media kits, and pitches, to effectively communicate the company's key messages.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for PR campaigns.
  6. Respond to media inquiries and act as a spokesperson for the company when necessary.
  7. Identify and secure speaking opportunities and thought leadership opportunities for company executives.
  8. Plan and execute events, press conferences, and media tours to increase visibility and generate positive media coverage.
  9. Develop crisis communication plans and manage communication during times of crisis.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in PR to continuously improve the company's PR strategies.
  11. Track and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Manage PR budgets and negotiate contracts with external PR agencies and vendors.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all PR efforts align with the company's values and goals.
  14. Train and mentor junior PR team members and interns.
  15. Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Public Relations, Preferably In The Telecommunications Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills With The Ability To Effectively Craft And Deliver Key Messages To Various Stakeholders.

  • Experience Developing And Implementing Strategic Public Relations Campaigns And Initiatives.

  • Proficiency In Media Relations, Crisis Communication, And Social Media Management.
