
Payment Product Manager

- Lead the development and launch of new payment products for Comcast, including creating product roadmaps, defining product features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends, and use this information to inform product strategies and decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry best practices in payment product development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance teams, to ensure product alignment and successful launch and adoption of new payment products.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch monitoring, including defining metrics and KPIs to track product success and making data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of payment products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance payment product offerings and capabilities.
- Communicate product updates and progress to key stakeholders and provide regular reporting on product performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry and regulatory changes related to payment products and ensure compliance.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior product team members and contribute to the overall growth and success of the team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Payments Industry
Strong Understanding Of Payment Systems, Technologies, And Trends
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Payment Products
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders
