As a Media Planner, you will play a critical role in developing and executing innovative media strategies for our clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong understanding of media planning principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.   1. Develop and execute innovative media strategies for clients to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of target audiences, market trends, and media channels to inform media plans.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creative teams, and media vendors, to ensure seamless execution of media plans.
  4. Monitor and optimize media campaigns to ensure they are delivering on KPIs and meeting client objectives.
  5. Utilize a variety of media channels, including traditional, digital, and social media, to reach target audiences and maximize campaign impact.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform media planning strategies and identify new opportunities for clients.
  7. Manage media budgets and negotiate rates with media vendors to ensure cost-effective and efficient media plans.
  8. Present media plans and campaign performance reports to clients, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  9. Collaborate with data and analytics teams to gather and analyze data to inform media planning decisions and measure campaign success.
  10. Ensure all media plans adhere to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  11. Continuously monitor and track media industry advancements and make recommendations for incorporating new and emerging media channels into media plans.
  12. Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and negotiate partnerships to secure added value for clients.
  13. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams to provide updates on media plans, strategies, and performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Media Planning, Preferably In A Digital And/Or Traditional Media Agency Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Media Landscape, Including Tv, Digital, Print, And Out-Of-Home Channels.

  • Proficiency In Media Planning Tools And Software, Such As Nielsen, Comscore, And Google Analytics.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations Based On Findings.
