- Lead the XGIE Program Delivery team and ensure the successful delivery of the program.

- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor and track progress of the program and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of project objectives.
- Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and implement solutions to keep the program on track.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for the XGIE program and support business growth initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Represent the company and the XGIE program in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Program/Project Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Xgie Technology And Its Implementation In The Telecommunications Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
