  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of our field service technicians.
  2. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to our customers.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve field service operations and increase customer satisfaction.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  5. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to field service team members.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and workflow.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  10. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve overall efficiency.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to make informed decisions and continuously improve processes.
  12. Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment for the field service team.
  13. Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of field service technicians.
  14. Prepare and present regular reports on field service operations to senior management.
  15. Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and continuously strive for customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Manager, Field Service Operations Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Field Service Technicians. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Guide Their Team Towards Achieving Company Goals And Objectives.

  • Experience In Field Service Management: Candidates Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Field Service Operations, Preferably In The Telecommunications Or Cable Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing A Large Team, Implementing Processes And Procedures, And Handling Customer Escalations.

  • Technical Knowledge: A Manager, Field Service Operations Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Field Service Operations, Including Technical Knowledge Of Cable And Telecommunications Equipment. They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues And Provide Guidance To Their Team.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In This Role As The Manager Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Their Team, As Well As Other Departments And Stakeholders. They Should Be Able To Clearly Convey Expectations, Provide Feedback, And Handle Customer Escalations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Manager, Field Service Operations Should Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Operational Issues. They Should Be Able To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Field Service Operations.
