
Manager, Compensation & Benefits Accounting

- Oversee all accounting and financial reporting for the company's compensation and benefits programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure competitive and attractive employee compensation and benefits packages.
- Conduct market analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits programs against industry standards and make recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze the company's compensation and benefits expenses to ensure they align with budgetary goals.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to design and implement new compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and other departments on compensation and benefits-related matters.
- Manage a team of accounting professionals to ensure accurate and timely reporting of compensation and benefits expenses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support compensation and benefits programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to continuously improve the company's offerings.
- Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements within the compensation and benefits accounting function.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the financial performance of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all compensation and benefits related financial reporting.
- Train and mentor team members on compensation and benefits accounting processes and procedures.
- Handle any ad-hoc projects or tasks related to compensation and benefits accounting as assigned by senior management.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Compensation And Benefits Accounting
Strong Knowledge Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Standards
