9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support compensation and benefits programs.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to continuously improve the company's offerings.
11. Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements within the compensation and benefits accounting function.
12. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the financial performance of compensation and benefits programs.
13. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all compensation and benefits related financial reporting.
14. Train and mentor team members on compensation and benefits accounting processes and procedures.
15. Handle any ad-hoc projects or tasks related to compensation and benefits accounting as assigned by senior management.
