  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy to support Comcast's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of data analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
  4. Monitor and track key performance indicators to identify trends and patterns, and proactively communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve data collection, reporting, and analysis processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide timely and relevant information to support decision-making.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  8. Train and mentor team members to develop their analytical and technical skills and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  9. Manage and oversee the use of data management tools and software to ensure data integrity and security.
  10. Represent Comcast in external conferences and events to share insights and best practices and promote the company's expertise in data analytics.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Business Intelligence: A Qualified Candidate For A Manager, Business Intelligence Position At Comcast Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Managing Business Intelligence Solutions. This Includes Experience In Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, And Reporting.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Be Able To Identify Trends And Patterns In Large Datasets. They Should Be Proficient In Using Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, And Power Bi To Analyze Data And Generate Insights For Decision-Making.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: A Manager, Business Intelligence At Comcast Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Analysts And Data Scientists. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Leadership And Management Skills To Motivate And Guide Their Team Towards Achieving Business Goals.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Key Member Of The Management Team, The Manager, Business Intelligence Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Data Insights And Recommendations To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
