  1. Develop and implement internal communication strategies to promote employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
  2. Craft and deliver clear, concise and effective internal communications that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to gather information and ensure consistent messaging.
  4. Create and manage a communications calendar to ensure timely delivery of communication initiatives.
  5. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Utilize a variety of communication channels such as email, intranet, and social media to reach and engage employees.
  7. Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or questions regarding internal communications.
  8. Coordinate and organize company-wide events and initiatives to facilitate employee engagement and promote a positive work culture.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communication to continually improve and innovate our strategies.
  10. Collaborate with external communications team to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging.
  11. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all internal communications are aligned with the company's values and brand identity.
  12. Act as a mentor and resource for other team members and departments to improve internal communication practices.
  13. Manage and maintain internal communication platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and up-to-date.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidential information handling and crisis communication protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Internal Communications, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills With The Ability To Develop And Deliver Effective Messaging To A Diverse Audience.

  • Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Execution, And Evaluation Of Communication Strategies.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Communication Tools Such As Email Marketing Platforms, Intranet Systems, And Social Media.
