  1. Develop and implement internal communication strategies to effectively engage and inform employees across the company.
  2. Create compelling and engaging content for various internal communication channels, including email, intranet, newsletters, and social media.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and ensure consistency in messaging.
  4. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Manage the internal communication calendar and ensure timely and relevant communication to employees.
  6. Act as a liaison between leadership and employees, ensuring open and transparent communication.
  7. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on internal communication best practices and trends to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  8. Coordinate and facilitate internal events, including town halls, employee meetings, and training sessions.
  9. Support crisis communication efforts by developing and disseminating timely and accurate information to employees.
  10. Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance on internal communication processes and procedures.
  11. Maintain brand and messaging consistency in all internal communication materials.
  12. Collaborate with external communications team to align internal and external messaging.
  13. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for internal communication initiatives.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all internal communication efforts.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and culture through internal communication initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Internal Communications, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Tailor Messaging For Different Audiences.

  • Experience Developing And Executing Internal Communication Strategies And Campaigns.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Communication Tools Such As Email Marketing Platforms And Intranet Systems.
