- Collaborate with various departments and leaders to gather information and ensure consistent messaging across all internal communications.
- Manage and maintain the company's intranet platform as a central hub for employee communication and engagement.
- Plan and execute employee events and meetings to promote team building and foster a positive company culture.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts through feedback and analytics, making necessary adjustments to improve communication strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and senior management, providing updates, addressing concerns, and fostering open communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in internal communications to continuously enhance the company's communication strategies.
- Uphold the company's values and brand image through all internal communications materials and interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Internal Communications, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Craft Compelling Messaging For Different Audiences.
Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.
Knowledge Of Internal Communications Best Practices And Experience Creating And Implementing Communication Strategies And Campaigns.
