  1. Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies that align with Comcast's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Create engaging and impactful messaging for various internal communication channels, including email, newsletters, intranet, and social media.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and timely communication across the organization.
  4. Monitor and analyze internal communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in internal communications to continuously improve and innovate our strategies.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication.
  7. Facilitate and coordinate internal events and initiatives to promote a positive and collaborative work culture.
  8. Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers on effective communication practices.
  9. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
  10. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  11. Identify and address potential communication challenges and provide solutions to minimize their impact.
  12. Collaborate with external communications teams to ensure alignment between internal and external messaging.
  13. Assist in crisis communication efforts and provide support during times of change or uncertainty.
  14. Proactively seek feedback from employees and use it to continually improve internal communication strategies.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all internal communication aligns with Comcast's brand voice and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Internal Communications Or Corporate Communications

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Craft Clear And Concise Messaging For Various Internal Audiences

  • Experience Developing And Executing Communications Plans And Strategies To Support Organizational Goals And Initiatives

  • Familiarity With Various Communication Tools And Platforms, Such As Intranet Systems, Email Marketing Software, And Social Media Management Tools
