Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Prior Internship Or Work Experience In A Human Resources Role.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Principles And Practices, Including Recruitment, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
