- Provide support to the HR team by assisting with various tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new employees.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR related questions, concerns, and inquiries.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR data.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and legal regulations.
- Support the performance management process by tracking performance reviews, providing resources and guidance to managers, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with planning and organizing employee engagement initiatives and events to promote a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and address employee development needs and opportunities.
- Participate in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting with the selection and hiring of candidates.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve and enhance HR processes and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR documents.
- Assist with employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and equity initiatives.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager or HR Director.
