You will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as coordinating employee training, managing employee records, and providing support for HR initiatives.To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.   1. Coordinate and manage employee training programs, ensuring that all employees receive necessary training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and benefits enrollment.
  3. Provide support to HR initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs.
  4. Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing any questions or concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
  5. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and facilitating new hire orientation.
  6. Collaborate with managers to identify and address employee development needs, and create individualized development plans.
  7. Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  8. Coordinate and facilitate employee events and activities to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  9. Monitor and track HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR, and make suggestions for implementing new processes or procedures.
  11. Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
  12. Complete administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, maintaining files, and responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, promoting open and transparent communication.
  14. Support and promote a positive and inclusive work environment, respecting diversity and fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Comcast, representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
