  1. Support HR team: The Human Resources Coordinator will work closely with the HR team to provide support in various areas such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development.
  2. Assist with recruitment: The coordinator will assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  3. Onboarding: The coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including completing paperwork, creating employee profiles, and conducting orientation.
  4. Maintain employee records: It will be the coordinator's responsibility to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records are maintained, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training records.
  5. Benefit administration: The coordinator will assist with the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee questions.
  6. Support employee relations: The coordinator will be a point of contact for employees to address any questions or concerns and will assist with resolving employee relations issues.
  7. Coordinate training and development: The coordinator will assist with coordinating and scheduling training and development programs for employees, including tracking attendance and maintaining training records.
  8. Organize HR events: The coordinator will assist with organizing and coordinating HR events such as employee appreciation events, wellness programs, and team building activities.
  9. Ensure compliance: The coordinator will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are compliant with federal and state laws and regulations.
  10. Maintain confidentiality: It is essential for the coordinator to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
  11. Perform administrative tasks: The coordinator will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing HR-related documents.
  12. Continuously improve processes: The coordinator will be expected to identify areas for improvement within the HR department and assist with implementing more efficient processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, Corporate Environment

  • Knowledge Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices, Including Eeo, Fmla, And Ada

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously
