- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with company values.
- Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by organizing team-building activities and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration.
- Organize and conduct employee performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with managers to address and resolve employee relations issues.
- Assist in recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job listings, conducting interviews, and coordinating background checks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance HR processes and procedures.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide events and programs.
- Act as a liaison between employees and senior management, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to support the company's growth and success.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Coordinator Or Generalist Role
Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization
Proficiency In Hris Systems And Microsoft Office Suite, With The Ability To Analyze And Present Data And Reports Effectively
