  1. Provide support to employees and management in various HR-related tasks and inquiries.
  2. Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
  3. Coordinate and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  4. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth integration into the company.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  6. Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Assist in the coordination and facilitation of employee training and development programs.
  8. Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve and enhance HR processes and procedures.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
  10. Assist in the recruitment and hiring process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  11. Participate in the planning and execution of company events and initiatives to promote employee engagement and morale.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  13. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve the employee experience.
  14. Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives as needed.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Human Resources Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For A Human Resources Coordinator Position At Comcast.

  • Experience In Human Resources: Prior Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Large Organization, Is Often Required For A Human Resources Coordinator Position At Comcast.
