  1. Facilitate the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  2. Assist with onboarding new employees by coordinating orientation sessions and completing necessary paperwork.
  3. Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and questions.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  5. Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  6. Partner with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  7. Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improving retention efforts.
  8. Assist with employee relations issues by conducting investigations and providing support to managers.
  9. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training programs for employees.
  10. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  11. Provide support for performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting.
  12. Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion efforts and employee recognition programs.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  14. Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  15. Proactively identify areas for improvement within the HR department and make recommendations for streamlining processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
