- Assist with employee relations issues by conducting investigations and providing support to managers.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Provide support for performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion efforts and employee recognition programs.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement within the HR department and make recommendations for streamlining processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
