- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for various positions within the company
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Provide support to managers and employees on various HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and career development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement and recognition programs
- Conduct research and make recommendations for improving HR processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Human Resources Coordinator At Comcast Should Possess A Strong Educational Background In Human Resources Or A Related Field To Have A Solid Understanding Of Hr Principles And Practices.
Previous Experience In Hr: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Hr Role, Preferably In A Coordinator Or Assistant Position, To Be Familiar With The Day-To-Day Operations Of An Hr Department.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Constant Communication With Employees, Managers, And External Stakeholders, So Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential.
Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations: A Human Resources Coordinator Should Have A Good Understanding Of Federal And State Labor Laws, As Well As Compliance Regulations, To Ensure That Comcast Follows All Legal Requirements.
Attention To Detail And Strong Organizational Skills: This Position Involves Managing Multiple Tasks And Deadlines, So The Ability To Prioritize And Stay Organized Is Crucial. Attention To Detail Is Also Important, As Hr Coordinators Often Handle Sensitive Employee Information.
