  1. Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and information.
  3. Process new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding of new employees.
  4. Coordinate and conduct employee orientations and trainings.
  5. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
  6. Assist with employee performance evaluations and feedback processes.
  7. Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  8. Ensure compliance with company and legal regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  9. Assist with exit interviews and offboarding processes.
  10. Support HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  11. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in human resources.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of employees and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
  13. Continuously review and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Serve as a representative of the company and its values in all interactions with employees and external parties.
  15. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all HR-related tasks and responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Human Resources Or A Related Field Is Often A Minimum Requirement For A Human Resources Coordinator Position At Comcast.

  • Previous Hr Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Coordinator Or Assistant Position. This Experience Should Include A Solid Understanding Of Hr Processes And Procedures, As Well As Familiarity With Hr Software And Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations: A Deep Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations Is Crucial For A Human Resources Coordinator, As They Are Responsible For Ensuring Compliance And Managing Any Potential Legal Issues That May Arise.

  • Strong Organizational And Multitasking Abilities: The Role Of A Human Resources Coordinator Is Fast-Paced And Requires The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Priorities Simultaneously. Candidates Should Be Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented, And Able To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
