
Human Resources Coordinator

- Support and maintain various HR processes and procedures, including but not limited to employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of HR initiatives and programs.
- Provide support to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay current on HR best practices and industry trends to suggest and implement process improvements.
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events and activities to promote a positive work culture.
- Act as a liaison between employees and HR leadership to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support HR initiatives and programs.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Coordinator Or Administrative Role
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels
Proficiency In Hris Software And Microsoft Office Suite, With The Ability To Handle And Analyze Data Effectively.
