- Communicate and promote company policies and procedures to all employees.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Provide support to employees with HR-related inquiries, such as benefits, payroll, and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with performance management processes and provide coaching to employees as needed.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and trainings.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Monitor and track employee time off requests and attendance.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improvement based on feedback.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR communications and materials.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance employee experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with employees.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr Coordination Or Related Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Legal Regulations.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Hris Software.
