- Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract top talent to the company.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to identify the best candidates for open positions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.
- Support the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and organizational charts.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee performance reviews and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in its talent management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, including outreach and recruitment efforts.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and materials.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by HR leadership.
- Continuously strive to improve HR processes and procedures to enhance the overall employee experience.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Hr Coordinator Or Assistant Role
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Employment Laws
