- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and processing HR paperwork.
- Collaborate with employees and managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Maintain and update employee benefits information and assist with open enrollment.
- Prepare and distribute HR communications and announcements.
- Monitor and track employee attendance and time off requests.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and equity initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and external stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline HR processes.
Proficient In Hris Systems And Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels.
