- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for all employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Conduct new hire orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking attendance.
- Assist in the performance management process by tracking and monitoring employee performance reviews.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Create and maintain HR reports and analytics to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and employee satisfaction.
- Manage HR-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve HR processes and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to all employees and address any HR-related inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Proficiency In Hris Systems, Such As Workday, And Other Hr Software.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
