- Provide support to the HR department in various areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation, ensuring all necessary paperwork and training is completed.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations by addressing employee concerns, escalating issues as needed, and working to resolve conflicts.
- Help maintain a positive work culture by organizing company events, employee recognition programs, and other initiatives.
- Coordinate and track employee performance evaluations, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on HR laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR processes and procedures are efficient and effective.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all HR tasks and responsibilities.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Coordinator Or Administrative Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Regulations.
Proficient In Hris And Microsoft Office Suite, With The Ability To Learn New Systems Quickly.
