- Serve as a primary point of contact for all Human Resources-related inquiries from employees and management.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update employee records and data, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement employee development and training initiatives.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume reviews, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events and initiatives, such as employee recognition programs and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on best practices for HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Or Administrative Role.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Proficiency In Hris And Other Hr Software, As Well As Microsoft Office Suite.
