In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our HR department, assisting in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. - Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, preparing documents, and scheduling interviews and meetings.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing any concerns or conflicts, conducting exit interviews, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Assist in performance management by maintaining performance evaluation records, tracking employee progress, and assisting with the implementation of performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on HR procedures and policies to ensure compliance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including employees, managers, and executives.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement new initiatives and programs to enhance the employee experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Serve as a resource for employees by answering questions, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and directing them to the appropriate resources when needed.
- Continuously strive to improve HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on HR-related matters.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude in all interactions and tasks.
- Contribute to the overall success of the HR department by taking on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Proficiency In Hris Systems And Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Or Related Role
Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeo
