- Support recruitment efforts by assisting with job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Provide administrative support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with employee relations by addressing inquiries and escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate and participate in employee training and development programs.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, termination, and changes.
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- Help plan and execute company events and initiatives, such as employee recognition programs.
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Coordinator Or Generalist Role.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proficiency In Hris Systems And Microsoft Office Suite.
