  1. Manage Onboarding Process: The HR Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation, completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  2. Maintain Employee Records: This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training records.
  3. Assist with Recruitment: The HR Coordinator will assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  4. Coordinate Employee Benefits: This individual will work closely with the benefits team to ensure all employees are enrolled in the appropriate benefits and assist with any questions or concerns related to benefits.
  5. Conduct Training and Development: The HR Coordinator will assist in organizing and conducting training and development programs for employees, including new hire orientation, compliance training, and professional development workshops.
  6. Serve as Point of Contact for Employees: As the HR Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns. You will also be responsible for maintaining open lines of communication and resolving any employee issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Ensure Compliance: The HR Coordinator will assist in ensuring the company's compliance with all employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  8. Support Performance Management: This individual will assist in the performance management process by coordinating performance evaluations, providing support to managers, and facilitating performance improvement plans when necessary.
  9. Maintain Confidentiality: The HR Coordinator will handle sensitive employee information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  10. Contribute to HR Projects: As a member of the HR team, the HR Coordinator will be expected to contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs or diversity and inclusion efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Hr Laws And Regulations, Such As Fmla And Ada

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Abilities, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Effectively
