  1. Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to employees.
  2. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  3. Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  4. Maintain employee records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate in the HRIS system.
  5. Support the performance management process by tracking and organizing performance reviews and providing guidance to managers and employees.
  6. Assist with employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling and coordinating training sessions.
  7. Handle all employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
  8. Support the employee benefits program by communicating with employees and assisting with enrollment and changes.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on company policies and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement new HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional work environment by promoting employee engagement and morale.
  12. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  14. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  15. Adhere to all confidentiality and data protection policies to maintain the privacy and security of employee information.
