
Human Resources Coordinator

- Coordinate and administer various human resources programs and initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by coordinating orientation sessions, completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Proactively identify and address employee relations issues, working closely with managers to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights and recommendations to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support HR initiatives and programs.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for improvements to current processes and policies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute company-wide events and programs, such as employee recognition initiatives, wellness initiatives, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Hr Coordination Or Related Role
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws
Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Maintain Confidentiality And Handle Sensitive Information.
