- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of Comcast products and services to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to improve overall product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or defects found during testing.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for improvements to product design and functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and engineering.
- Support the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Report and track defects, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Participate in product design reviews and provide input on potential quality issues.
- Mentor and train junior members of the quality assurance team.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and results.
- Maintain accurate documentation of testing processes and results.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement automated testing processes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Quality Assurance Methodologies And Tools, Including Six Sigma And Iso Standards.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Quality Improvement Strategies.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Quality Issues Quickly And Efficiently.
