  1. Conduct audits of technology systems and processes to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and improve overall technology operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to drive organizational change and implement improvement initiatives.
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates on audit findings, recommendations, and progress on improvement efforts.
  5. Utilize strong project management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute audit projects and improvement initiatives.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in technology audit to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and support for audit and improvement efforts.
  8. Monitor and report on the status and effectiveness of audit and improvement initiatives, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills in technology audit and organizational change management.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on technology audit and risk management, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technology Audit Or Risk Management

  • Strong Understanding Of It Governance, Risk Management, And Compliance Frameworks (E.g. Cobit, Iso, Nist)

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders

  • Demonstrated Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.
