Director, Facilities Amenities & Business Operations

1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enhance facilities and business operations for all Comcast locations nationwide.
2. Oversee and manage the amenities offered at Comcast facilities, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of employees and customers.
3. Maintain and improve the overall appearance and functionality of Comcast facilities, including common areas, offices, and equipment.
4. Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers for facility amenities and services.
5. Develop and manage budgets for facility amenities and business operations.
6. Lead a team of facility and operations staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
7. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
8. Develop and implement policies and procedures for facility amenities and business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and IT, to ensure smooth operations and provide support for company-wide initiatives.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
11. Communicate with senior management and stakeholders on the status of facility amenities and business operations, including any challenges or opportunities.
12. Continuously seek ways to improve employee and customer experiences through facility amenities and operations.
13. Oversee the planning and execution of special events and projects related to facility amenities and operations.
14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in regards to facility amenities and operations.
15. Represent Comcast in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
