
Coordinator, Human Resources

- Provide support to the HR department by assisting with various administrative tasks such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining databases.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate resources as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, including completing paperwork, conducting background checks, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications to employees, such as company policies, benefits information, and training opportunities.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist with planning and organizing company events.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices, Including Federal And State Labor Laws.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proficient In Hris Systems And Microsoft Office Suite, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Generate Reports.
