  1. Develop and execute content strategies that align with Comcast's business objectives and target audience.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels.
  3. Conduct research and analyze data to identify customer needs and preferences, and develop content that resonates with them.
  4. Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
  5. Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content strategy and digital media.
  7. Monitor and track content performance metrics, and use data to inform future strategies.
  8. Manage content calendar and work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support content creation.
  10. Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and other visual assets.
  11. Communicate complex ideas and technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve content strategies to drive results and meet business objectives.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador and uphold Comcast's values and messaging in all content.
  14. Train and mentor junior team members on content strategy and best practices.
  15. Represent Comcast at industry events and conferences, and contribute to thought leadership in the field of content strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Content Strategy, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Content Creation And Distribution, Including Seo And Social Media Best Practices.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Compelling And Engaging Content For Various Audiences.

  • Proven Track Record In Developing And Executing Successful Content Strategies That Drive Customer Engagement And Meet Business Goals.
