  1. Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of our network infrastructure.
  2. Monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
  3. Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and improvements.
  4. Conduct research and provide recommendations for network upgrades and enhancements.
  5. Assist in the installation and configuration of network equipment.
  6. Monitor and analyze network traffic to ensure optimal performance.
  7. Help identify and resolve network security vulnerabilities.
  8. Create and maintain network documentation and diagrams.
  9. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on projects and tasks.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in network communications.
  11. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure network integrity and security.
  12. Communicate with other departments and teams to understand their network communications needs.
  13. Provide support for network-related issues and incidents.
  14. Complete assigned projects and tasks within given timelines.
  15. Continuously learn and improve technical skills related to network communications.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Understanding Of Networking Principles And Protocols: As A Connectivity And Network Communications Intern At Comcast, Candidates Should Possess A Solid Understanding Of Network Infrastructure, Including Tcp/Ip, Routing Protocols, And Network Security.

  • Familiarity With Network Hardware And Software: Candidates Should Have Hands-On Experience With Network Hardware Such As Routers, Switches, And Firewalls, As Well As Network Management Software And Tools.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: This Role Requires Effective Communication With Team Members And Customers, So Candidates Should Have Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Solve Problems: The Ability To Troubleshoot Network Issues And Implement Solutions Is Crucial For This Role. Candidates Should Be Able To Think Critically And Work Under Pressure To Identify And Resolve Connectivity And Network Communication Problems.
