- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive and reactive communications strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Act as a spokesperson for Comcast, representing the company in media interviews and public speaking engagements.
- Manage crisis communications and develop effective messaging to address and mitigate potential issues.
- Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest communication tools, platforms, and trends to continuously improve and innovate our communications strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications are in line with Comcast's values, mission, and brand guidelines.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Communications Or Public Relations Role.
Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
Experience In Managing And Executing Strategic Communications Plans, Including Crisis Communications.
Knowledge Of The Telecommunications Industry And Understanding Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Communications And Public Relations.
