  1. Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to engage and inform customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify communication goals and objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
  3. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on communication matters and provide guidance on messaging and positioning.
  4. Monitor and analyze media trends and coverage, and provide recommendations for proactive and reactive communication strategies.
  5. Manage all aspects of internal and external communications, including media relations, social media, and crisis communication.
  6. Write and edit compelling and impactful communication materials, including press releases, media pitches, talking points, and other collateral.
  7. Coordinate and facilitate media interviews, press conferences, and other media events.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
  9. Monitor and manage the company's online reputation and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
  10. Manage communication budgets and track results to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication and technology, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  12. Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
  13. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all communication channels.
  14. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
  15. Uphold and promote the company's brand and values in all communication efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Communications Or Public Relations Role, Preferably In The Telecommunications Or Media Industry.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Various Audiences.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Executing Strategic Communication Plans, Crisis Management, And Media Relations.

  • Proven Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams, Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, And Meet Tight Deadlines.
