- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Act as a spokesperson for the company and respond to media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate press events and media interviews to promote the company's initiatives and achievements.
- Develop crisis communication plans and serve as the primary point of contact for handling and managing crisis situations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on communication best practices and ensure alignment with the company's messaging.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Communications Or Public Relations Role, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Executives, Customers, And Media.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Communication Strategies, Including Crisis Communication And Reputation Management.
Experience Working In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
